2025
On Sunday, December 14, 2025, I was excited—as you will undoubtedly notice—to be part of Karie Bible's live HOLLYWOOD KITCHEN show as one of Karie's guests, along with blogger and author, Samantha Richardson, as we talked about Miss Gina Lollobrigida's Christmas wreath cookies, Miss Gina herself, and holiday film watches!
As soon as I was asked to be a guest, I knew I wanted to create a CINEMA COFFEE blog piece to document my journey making these Christmas Wreath Cookies.
Spend time with me during my CHRISTMAS WITH GINA LOLLOBRIGIDA!

A DOMINIQUE REVUE PRODUCTION
The Black history of Little Africa—an all-Black community in Louisville, Kentucky, during the beginning of the 20th century—that thrived and sustained through its own developments, from housing to shopping, until its demolition in the early 1960s, is explored and discussed by one of its own former residence, Howard Breckenridge, who not only was part of the community, but whose family, the Breckenridges, were one of the first to settle in that area, helping mold Little Africa of Louisville, Kentucky into what it became. Now, a place in history.

BETTYE: The Mini Series
Based on the career of my grand-aunt Bettye Lightsy . . . with a "ye," a once model turned creator of the first Black model agency in 1950s Chicago, who believed any woman could be unforgettable, I've created . . . BETTYE: The Miniseries!

I was very excited to be part of the CINEMATIC STYLE: Cary Grant and His Leading Ladies event on Friday, November 22, 2024, along with Keith Lodwick, hosted by Charlotte Croft for the Cary Grant CARY COMES HOME Film Festival. In case you missed it live, you can watch the virtual event below (or visit my FILMS THAT INSPIRE YOU: Cary Grant's Leading Ladies for more insight into garments I've made that were directly inspired by films starring Cary Grant) that helped to kick start the upcoming film festival—which ran from November 29, 2024 - December 1, 2024—in Bristol, England:
For more information on the actual festival—held in Cary Grant's hometown of Bristol—the screening schedule, their other festival events, and how to attend, visit CARY COMES HOME.

Follow me, Dominique Revue, on TWITTER and YOUTUBE as well as follow along during my Twitterbuggin' live tweet session for TCM (Turner Classic Movies) on ISLAND IN THE SUN (1957) starring Dorothy Dandridge and Harry Belafonte the next time you have a movie night to watch the film!

Since becoming one of the latest members of the CMBA (Classic Movie Blog Association) for 2025, I was asked to answer questions about who I am as a classic film fan, what it is that I do (fashion and costume designer, who creates garments, content, art, and creative works inspired by OH), and why I love blogging. You can read my profile at CMBA Profile: Dominique Revue!
